Nori Perrine & Chuck Butler

Nori Perrine and Chuck Butler perform traditional and original music in double-fiddle style. Their music is influenced by traditional fiddle music of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, County Donegal in Ireland, and by Québécois fiddle styles.

Their fiery, toe-tapping performances resonate equally well with patrons of the traditional art form and with audiences possessing more modern and energetic tastes for traditional music. There is a strong sense of passion for their traditional music roots in their performances.

The arrangements are fresh and much of their music features original compositions composed within the traditional styles they perform.

They are joined in concert by two industry-respected vocalists and instrumentalists in traditional music, Sue Spencer and Jim Ofsthun.
