Festival Mission
The Knife River Music Festival has established the following mission:
1) Showcase the very best in regional talent to a broader out-state and out-of-state market share to educate them about the rich talent and tradition the region has to offer in roots music.
2) Organize the festival in a way that facilitates broad community participation; that is as a community celebration involving individuals and families, young and old.
3) Benefit to the Knife River/North Shore area economically.
